Isabel+Marant+Spring+2013+Backstage+3aqby4ukehRlIf like me, you struggle to get a brush through your bed hair in the mornings or have a nightmare untangling your messy mane when it’s wet, then check out our pain-free guide on how to untangle your hair below…

If your hair is prone to knots and tangles then the best way to get rid of them is by untangling them in the shower. Firstly, use a good quality conditioner that is specifically designed for smoothing cuticles and calming frizz. Once you have applied a conditioner, run a comb through the hair before rinsing the conditioner away. This way it should be less of a chore to comb your hair and be much easier to battle once you are out of the shower. Once you have towel dried your hair apply a product like the O&M Know Knott Detangling Spray – it seriously works wonders.

If you’re really struggling to untangle those knots try the Tangle Teezer! This micro brush is designed to fit in the palm of your hand whilst brushing. The memory flex technology gets to work on hair whilst the revolutionary teeth ensures we’ll never feel pain untangling hair again!

Although it’s frustrating and painful trying to get rid of stubborn knots, it’s important to be gentle and treat your tangled tresses with care, however much we despise them! Also make sure you work on them from the bottom upwards to avoid breaking and snapping the ends of your hair.
